Here’s a challenging circuit using some of my favorite core strengthening exercises. For this workout, all you will need is a pair of yoga blocks. Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, with 15 second rest in between exercises. Repeat the entire circuit 4 times for an awesome 20 minute burn! Here’s a fun total-body circuit using a Kettlebell. Start by using a lighter weight until you get the moves down, then increase the weight as you become more comfortable with the workout. ️Walkout to High Pull (x 10) ️Reverse Lunge Kettlebell Pass Through (x 20) ️Push-up Kettlebell Pull Through (x 10) ️Kettlebell Swings (x 20)Perform each exercise for 10-20 repetitions.
