Here’s a challenging circuit using some of my favorite core strengthening exercises. For this workout, all you will need is a pair of yoga blocks. Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, with 15 second rest in between exercises. Repeat the entire circuit 4 times for an awesome 20 minute burn!
