Full Body Workout: Kettlebell Circuit

Here’s a fun total-body circuit using a Kettlebell. Start by using a lighter weight until you get the moves down, then increase the weight as you become more comfortable with the workout.

Perform each exercise for 10-20 repetitions. Repeat entire circuit 3-5 times. 

  1. Walkout to High Pull (x 10)
  2. Reverse Lunge Kettlebell Pass Through (x 20)
  3. Push-up Kettlebell Pull Through (x 10)
  4. Kettlebell Swings (x 20)
