Resistance bands allow you to perform a variety of strength-training exercises without weights; they can also enhance your normal workout routine. They are lightweight, portable, inexpensive, easy to store and perfect for exercising virtually anywhere!

Try this Total Body Workout using a Resistance Band and Agility Ladder.

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, with a 15 second recovery in between.

  • In In Out Out
  • Single Leg Shuffle
  • Jump Squats
  • Walking Plank Push-Ups
  • Lat Pull Down
  • Bridge with Abduction

Repeat entire circuit 3-5 times. Remember to listen to your body and work within YOUR pain-free range.
