Bodylastics Ultra Anchor Full Body Workout

Resistance bands and tubing allow you to perform strength-training exercises without weights. They are lightweight, easily portable, inexpensive, easy to store and perfect for exercising virtually anywhere!

Resistance exercises at my gym just got even more convenient and workouts more versatile using the Ultra Anchor from Bodylastics International. This door anchor eliminates the need to move the attachment between exercises. It’s a great tool that allows little to no recovery time during your workouts, keeping the heart rate spiked. It’s awesome!

This week’s workout was done using a variety of resistance bands and a stable anchor.  


Perform each exercise 10-12 repetitions (each side) in sequence for 3-5 sets

  1. Forward Lunge with Chest Press
  2. Squat with Row
  3. Half Kneeling Reverse Fly
  4. Plank with Rear Leg Extension
