Here’s a fun total-body circuit using a Kettlebell. Start by using a lighter weight until you get the moves down, then increase the weight as you become more comfortable with the workout. ️Walkout to High Pull (x 10) ️Reverse Lunge Kettlebell Pass Through (x 20) ️Push-up Kettlebell Pull Through (x 10) ️Kettlebell Swings (x 20)Perform each exercise for 10-20 repetitions.
