Full Body Dynamic Stretch – Bodyweight Flow

The body benefits from stretching in SO many ways, but if you’re anything like me it can feel like a boring task.

 

Dynamic stretching is my favorite way to loosen and warm the muscles because it involves active movement. Active movement is not only a great way to stretch, but also helps prepare the body for action, increasing body temperature and blood flow.

Try this Full Body Dynamic Stretch using your bodyweight only!

 

  • Walk Out to Plank 
  • Runners Lunge with Circular Arm Reach (right leg) 
  • Bear Pose to Plank 
  • Runners Lunge with Circular Arm Reach (left leg) 
  • Bear Pose to Plank 
  • Walk Back to Mountain Pose 
  • Repeat!
