Moderation is a tricky thing… especially when it pertains to food. In order to maintain a healthy weight, is it absolutely necessary to eliminate certain foods that we LOVE? At the same time, is ignoring our cravings a recipe for a disastrous binge? What would happen if we allowed ourselves a cheat meal each week?
