Originally introduced to the fitness industry in the year 2000, the BOSU is a fabulous fitness enhancing tool that adds stability, balance and core challenges to many traditional strength training moves.
This week’s workout is a total-body circuit using a BOSU Balance Trainer and set of dumbbells.
Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 second recoveries. Repeat the full circuit 3-5 times.
Lateral Shuffle Overs
Squat to Shoulder Press
Single Arm Plank with Rear Deltoid Fly (repeat for each arm)
Rotating Side Plank
