Who loves smoothies? I sure do!
Here in Northern-California, strawberry harvesting season is right around the corner. What a perfect time for me share with you my favorite, classic smoothie; Strawberry Banana. Guaranteed to pump you up pre-workout or refuel your body post workout.
Simply blend all the following ingredients and enjoy!
- 1 cup (your choice) almond, coconut, or cow’s milk
- 1 serving size protein powder or alternative (approx. 20-25 grams protein)
- ½ banana
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup of ice (optional)
{Protein Source: Whey protein isolate OR Plant based protein powder. Option to use Greek yogurt or low fat cottage cheese instead of protein powder if preferred.}
