If you’re in need of a good Total Body workout that can be done virtually anywhere, give this Resistance Band routine a try! 

 

Resistance bands allow you to perform strength-training exercises without weights. They are lightweight, inexpensive, portable, and easy to store. As an added benefit, take it outdoors for a little fresh air and Vitamin D.🌞

Perform 10-15 repetitions of each exercise, repeating the entire circuit 3-5 times.

  1. Resisted Squats
  2. Rear Leg Extensions
  3. Reverse Lunges
  4. Glute Bridges with Abduction
  5. Bicycle Crunch
  6. Seated Rows – Single Arm
  7. Push-Ups
