This One-Ingredient Banana Ice Cream is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-allergic, no-sugar added, AND delicious! The recipe is outrageously simple and is sure to please everyone at the table.  


YIELD: Four Servings



  • 4 ripe bananas



  • Food processor or Blender



  1. Peel the bananas, and cut in 2- to 3-inch chunks

  2. Put into a freezer safe container, then freeze for at least 6 hours

  3. Remove and blend until smooth

  4. Scoop and serve
