This Protein packed Chocolate Peanut Butter, Green Protein soothie is a quick and delicious way to fuel up post workout.
Serves: 1
Ingredients

⅔ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

½ banana
-
½ cup packed baby kale (or spinach)

1 to 1 & ½ cups ice

1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions

Pour milk into a blender. Top with peanut butter, protein powder, banana, kale, and ice.

Blend until smooth.

Serve topped with Chia seeds and enjoy!
