Chest, Triceps and Abs

Another lovely day working out at Sequoyah Country Club.

This week’s workout comes from Noelle Benepe’s 4-week Holiday Challenge. Although I’m nowhere near winning the competition, I am thoroughly enjoying her fitness & nutrition program, AND especially watching The adventures of Xander Finn!

These chest, triceps, and abdominal exercises can be performed using dumbbells and a cable machine. In absence of cables, use resistance tubing as I have done here.

Perform each exercise 8-12 reps, 3-5 times.

  1. Incline Chest Press

  2. Triceps Push-down

  3. Cable Crunch

  4. Single-arm Chest Press

  5. Chest Fly

  6. Skull Crusher
