Bodyweight Warm-up

I hope everyone enjoyed the holiday weekend! I spent mine in beautiful Maui celebrating my 41st Birthday! 

Although I enjoyed some much needed rest and relaxation, after a few days of lounging by the pool my body CRAVED movement.

Here’s a simple bodyweight routine to get you moving! These exercises also provide for a well rounded warm-up prior to a workout.

Repeat as many times as your heart desires.

  1. Glute Side Step

  2. Frankenstein Walk

  3. Deep Squat

  4. Walking Hamstring Stretch

  5. Hip Swings

  6. Walking Lunge with Twist
