Banana Coconut Protein Smoothie. Whether it’s a pre-workout meal, or a post-workout snack, this recipe is super simple and quick to make.
For a little holiday fun, decorate the glass to make a snowman!
YIELDS: 1 serving
1 frozen bananas
1 cup coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2-4 Ice Cubes
1 tablespoon coconut shavings (optional)
Combine bananas, milk, vanilla, and ice into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve topped with fresh coconut shavings.
