Total-Body Kettlebell Circuit

Check out this challenging total-body Kettlebell circuit.

Perform each of these exercises for 45 seconds, resting for 15 seconds in between. Repeat full circuit 3-5 times.

  1. Kettlebell Swing

  2. Squat with High Pull

  3. Reverse Lunge with Kettlebell Pass Through  

  4. Push-up with Kettlebell Pull Through

  5. Deadlift (alternating straight-leg and bent)
